You are having conceit
If you are having conceit of your education status and skill, you don’t want to listen to other. And you only like other listen to your words. It sometimes stops your learning. Although you eager to learn sometime, you don’t as you feel shame for other talk about your bad.
You don’t if they don’t
You know what I mean? For instance, someone who is higher than you in position in job give you a task. But she or he is taking rest or doing nothing. Then you feel it is unfair and you don’t do it. Do you think that you are right if you do that kind of behavior. Actually, it is very wrong of you. Even though all people in the world are making mistake, you should not make it. Or you can make it even though no one is making mistake. It’s on your own decision. But you must have right decision. The decision comes from your good will. I mean here is don’t do nothing wrong and do the best. Don’t compare with others and ignore if they are doing mistake. You have to do the best because it will support throughout career and life. But if you are not following my suggestion, you are failing.
You are lazy
It’s an easy-known fact. If we get lazy, we get nothing. Some people don’t know if they are lazy sometime. Some people believe that it’s enough to attend the office at the right time and to leave the office at the right time. But how if you work one more hour if the company allows you? You would say it is too stressed. Actually if we have constant concentration, we forget time and hours sometimes. If you are looking at the clock on the wall in the company, you are willing to get back home. Then I say that you are lazy to work. We should work with full of concentration. We should work hard. If always you want to get back home, you are tired of working and getting lazy with it. Sometimes you even get lazy with the job in the office hours. It’s too bad. It makes you fail in career.
Bad communication skill
You need good communication skill to get developed in your career. You must be brave to complaint. You should not feel afraid to say something out true. If you cannot communicate with your seniors and managers, they will not recognize you and your skill. So They will not promote you. Bad communication skill is also a thing that make you fail in career.
You are not learning
It is clear too that you fail in career due to lack of learning. Learning is very important. Learning doesn’t only mean learning in classes and university. You should also need to learn from job environment and other environment as much as you can. We are long life learner. If you don’t, your skill doesn’t get improved. So you fail in your career.
