3. What made you to start own business?
The market. There is a risky opportunity. We never know that PR would be a good one. But as the time goes by, we analyzed the gap and capability of local PR firms and resources an found that this would be a great kick-start. Who dares to start PR services as startup? Yes, we did! Plus we were not financially strong enough to start but strong mindsets and guts. That brought us inspiration to win the investment from Anthem Asia. Strong Team members are the major points!
4. What are the difficulties to start own business in Myanmar?
PR & Digital Marketing industry typically needs Human Capital rather than Monetary Capital to start. However, we have strong human Capital that made possible to convince the investors that PR would rule within particular time frame in Myanmar. And we proved!
5. What are the difficulties for young entrepreneurs to start business in Myanmar?
We are young. We are promising but that does not fill the gap we are suffering; Quality Human Capital. It’s very hard to find resourceful person to well execute our plans as this line is quite a new to the market and very limited credibility and capacity that people have qualified. Under par Qualification Human Capital in general. But there are people we are looking for and we found them joining our team.
6. What’s your ambition/goal?
Our Goal is to be the most creative and delivering local PR agency as in the first phase. Make known that Blink is driven by Young Entrepreneurs. Blink made History that not only Tech Startup is hot in Myanmar. It can be every line.
7. Do current government policy affect your business and how if so? (optional)
Government policy is being positive now and we are feeling rather acceptable stage at the moment. To be more successful, we need the door to be widely opened.
8. What’s the company ambition/goal?
Founding team members have diverse background. The coordination is always there when executing. We are different but we execute it! Harmony have been seen!
9. Do you like team-work and why?
Suggestion to Myanmar Entrepreneurs. Be Simple. Be Creative. Be Brave. Analyze not just in your own thought but in wider horizon. This is frontier Market not America nor Singapore. This comment might be a bit rusty but that would be positive for some people. Be Different with simplicity!
10) What do you want to suggest to Myanmar entrepreneurs and startups?
Show the World that you are capable. Reach it in specific Time frame. You do not have to tell the whole world yet but make it tells about you.
