Yangon, 15 March, 2016 – United Nations Industrial Development (UNIDO) has been executing the “Fostering Pro-Poor and Inclusive MSME Development project in Myanmar by the support of the Italian Government since 2013. Under the project, we are performing Business training, Personal consulting program and helping to get investments for the development of youth and women entrepreneurship as a branch.
This entrepreneurship training is aiming not only for people who own a business but also for those who are starting business. The training will be held on 28th – 31st March at Department of SME Development, University Avenue, Yangon. In the training subjects such as business management, basic booking keeping, and writing a business plan. A Business Plan Competition will be also included at the end of the training and the prizes for the three best plans are 200,000 kyats, 150,000 kyats, and 75,000 kyats. After the training there will be the possibility of free consulting for participants. Since the training has been opened in Yangon and Mandalay, many of entrepreneurs have been trained by the expert trainers and many have received the free post training consulting. In the coming months this training will be conducted in Meikhtila, Mandalay and Yangon.
