It is usual that youths get depression, lose inspiration and not too much active sometime. It happened because of many reason such as being very tired, being lonely, being compared with others and so on. In that condition, we need to motivate ourselves. The followings are the best way to do.
1. Get inspiration from seniors
Ask your seniors in your university or your job about their good and bad experience. Sometime you lost inspiration and motivation when you don’t know anymore what to do and what will happen in the future. You will become worrying. In the condition, your seniors’ experience will delight you.
2. Take a rest
Take a rest at weekend. Spend your whole Sunday with your friends or your beloved ones. Enjoying your life will power you to do something great again, whatever you had failed in the past. But don’t take too much time to take a rest. You can take a vacation one week or two weeks, but one month is long. If long, you will even forget to get motivation.
3. Take an exercise
Some run in the morning, but some swim. Some like body fitness exercise. You should have a healthy life style by having a habit of doing some exercise. If you like playing football, you should do it. Exercise will make you healthy and will motivate you.
3. Learn from environment
You also need to learn from environment by reading books or surfing internet. On your career, you may not easily know what will happen more in the future. Knowing nothing for the future is also a risk for you. When you know what will happen in your environment and country, you know what to do. When you know what to do, you will never get worry about your future.
4. Challenge yourself
You need to challenge yourself. People are afraid of challenging. But as you are challenging yourself by daily targets, you are always motivated. Man greatest people in the world motivated themselves. Without losing enthusiasm and by motivating yourself, you will get to your goal one day.
